This felted purse is made in garter stitch in the round. Make the ruffle separately and for extra sparkle, make a crocheted edge with Ironstone only on the edge of the ruffle. There is a buttonhole in the top band and a decorative shank button on the opposite side for closure.
Felting is not an exact science. Your final dimensions may vary slightly.
